Meet Our Team
President & CEO
Peter Bruno, who has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years, is one of Bridgehaven’s founding principals. While he provides a full array of services to corporate retirement plan sponsors, he’s a recognized expert on investment due diligence.
His credentials include FINRA Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 securities registrations and licensing as an insurance professional with life, health, disability and long-term care insurance expertise. And, he has earned the American College’s Chartered Financial Consultant professional designation, as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
Peter received a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Caterina and his three children, Frank, Christina and Michael. If time permits, you may also find Peter playing a round of golf on the weekends.
Greg Marsh, one of Bridgehaven’s founding principals, has worked with retirement plan sponsors for more than 20 years. He specializes in plan administration, plan design and regulatory compliance, and investment selection and monitoring.
In 2013, Greg earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation, which is awarded to industry experts by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, and he’s been named one of the Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40 by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), the primary trade association representing retirement plan advisors nationwide. Greg also currently serves as a leader on NAPA’s Government Affairs Committee, advocating on behalf of the industry in front policymakers and elected officials.
Greg has a B.S. in Finance from American University. When he’s not working, he spends as much time as possible with his wife Cristin and two sons, Lucas and Marcus. He enjoys fishing, boating, and other outdoor activities with his family, as well as his never-ending quest to improve his golf game.
Michael McCarthy has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and currently serves as Operations Manager and Senior Registered Associate of Bridgehaven Financial Advisors. His responsibilities include helping plan sponsors address operational and administrative issues and improving communication between the plan sponsors, services providers, auditors, and third-party administrators.
He has obtained FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 security registrations and is currently pursuing the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation through the Investment Management Consultants Association.
Michael has a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their pit bull rescue, Milo. Michael has a penchant for fine dining and is something of an amateur chef who enjoys cooking for family and friends.
Howard Rosenbaum has spent more than two decades working in the corporate retirement business. He specializes in due diligence reviews, ongoing fiduciary guidance and support, and provider selection and management in dealing with employee benefit programs across the spectrum.
He maintains FINRA Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses and is a registered member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Howard graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.A. in Sociology and an emphasis on Business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with is fiancé Cheryl, his daughter Alexa and son Asher, particularly when it involves Disney World. And, he loves cooking pulled pork, beef brisket and Thanksgiving turkey in his smoker.
Jacques Samuels has over 17 years of experience in employee benefits and retirement services. He currently specializes in plan design, employee communications, due diligence with ERISA regulations, and overall relationship management.
He has earned the Certified Retirement Services Professional Designation (CRSP) and is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
Jacques graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Human Resource Management and a minor in Communications. When he’s not at work, he is an avid film buff who also enjoys working out, watching football, and spending time with his wife and two children.
Cathy Tassone has been with Bridgehavens since 2014, though her career in the finance industry began in the 1990s. She currently serves as Branch Administrator.
Before leaving the financial sector in the early 2000s to raise her children, she worked as a Vice President of Treasury at ING Barings Corporation and Bank Brussels Lambert on Wall Street. In that capacity, Cathy was responsible for capital generation used to fund company operations that included loans, foreign exchanges, and corporate bond purchases. She also initiated interbank currency borrowing and lending through federal funds and the euro and traded short-term bond futures.
